Veg­eta­bles are also your friend, eat as much as possible.Reduce your con­sump­tion of processed meats; they have been proven to be car­cino­genic and low­er your sodi­um intake by eat­ing less salt, most peo­ple don’t rec­og­nize how much salt they put in their sys­tem avoid eat­ing too much fast food which is jam packed with the stuff. Watch for the symp­toms of prostate prob­lems, things such as blood in your urine, pain while hav­ing sex and also erec­tile func­tion. Stay hydrat­ed, hydra­tion flush­es your sys­tem and soft­ens your stool, this way when it pass­es the prostate it won’t rub against it caus­ing inflam­ma­tion. Men who are con­sti­pat­ed tend to have prostate prob­lems so you should also exer­cise at least two to three times a week. Exer­cise improves the health of  your bow­els. this in turn allows waste to pass through the body at a much faster rate. when you exer­cise what you are doing is using up the nutri­ents so your body can extract the waste. peo­ple who are not healthy or don’t exer­cise allow tox­ins to build up in their sys­tem by not exer­cis­ing.

I have per­son­al­ly had prostate health prob­lems, pro­sta­ti­tis to be exact and I know it can be a bit embar­rass­ing but after prac­tic­ing all the points I men­tioned above I have nev­er had any more issues with my prostate health.
