Improv­ing the alka­lin­i­ty of your body helps in fight­ing off these virus­es. because it changes the envi­ron­ment in which the virus wish­es to thrive. Pre­pare this rem­e­dy by dilut­ing in warm water first before drink­ing.

I hon­est­ly don’t know what this does but it sure makes you feel bet­ter after­wards.

You may feel like lying in bed all day but resist the temp­ta­tion. Get a lit­tle exer­cise first. What this does is help you to sweat out the tox­ins in your body. After this you can show­er and then go to bed. You will prob­a­bly have some of the best sleep you’ve had in a while.

Stay­ing in bed under the sheets typ­i­cal makes you feel worse than ever. You feel stuffy and sick. Get­ting some sun and exer­cise will do you a lot of good. Remem­ber to stay hydrat­ed that is extreme­ly impor­tant.

Final­ly the most impor­tant thing to do to get rid of the com­mon cold is to rest. Rest allows your body to fight off the flu virus in a more effi­cient way. This is because when you are rest­ing, the body can focus all it’s resources on bat­tling the virus. When you are active your body has to focus an many oth­er func­tions.
Think about like run­ning many pro­grams on your com­put­er. Your com­put­er will be more effec­tive if you are focus­ing on one task. Rather than have 50 dif­fer­ent browsers open along with a few games and movies in the back­ground.

Although you should rest don’t over do it. Get some sun­shine in the day.And fol­low the pre­vi­ous tip of get­ting some exer­cise by going for a walk or run. The more oxy­gen you get and bet­ter the qual­i­ty of the oxy­gen. The faster you will get bet­ter. The more qual­i­ty oxy­gen you get the bet­ter the qual­i­ty of blood flow­ing through your body.
